Please, please, can the access be modified so that teachers can print their own rosters? It used to be that way, because when I worked for East Bay Music Together as a teacher, I could print my own rosters. But now it seems I have to save all my teachers' rosters as PDFs and email them to them. Then in the early weeks of classes things shift and enrollments change, and I have to send them again. I only have four teachers, but for larger centers, it seems like it's a big burden for something that could be modified pretty easily on the back end. Am I right? Thanks for considering.
You can give your staff print privileges in their staff profile, however this gives them permission to print any roster, not just theirs.
That doesn't work for me at all. I don't want teachers to be able to see one another's rosters. To some extent, they are in competition with one another, and I don't want one teacher to be demoralized when they see, for example, that all my classes are full, when theirs are limping along with 4-6 families.
Yes, it was possible last semester. I'd much prefer to put an overall cap on the number and allow some of the extras to be previews. Otherwise, people won't be able to visit the classes and sign up for them the following semester. Please, I really hope you can change this back. If a teacher is sick and I have to cancel a class I don't want to have to keep track of random previews that aren't listed on the roster. Thanks for considering.
