I entered a one time registration fee for all families of $10. A good chunk of families have already paid that fee when they were new clients ages ago but they're being charged again. Any way to make it recognize it's only for new clients?
Yes, there is a discount you can use called "prior enrollment".
Go to Setup/Discount Policies and edit the policy(ies) you are using for your classes and add a discount of type "prior enrollment"; auto apply; 100% of registration fee
That should do it.
